Saltmarsh House has been shortlisted for the RIBA House of the Year. Judges have described the building as "design and execution of Saltmarsh House is faultless, a testament to the power of good architecture and the role that it can play in creating inspiring and sustainable structures." MONK, an art magazine who specifically look at exploring creativity, consciousness and spirituality, have done an in-depth interview with Jonathan Ruffer. Jonathan Ruffer is the philanthropist behind the regeneration of Bishop Auckland where we have two of our projects, Auckland Tower and the Scotland Wing.
