Saltmarsh House has been shortlisted for the RIBA House of the Year. Judges have described the building as "design and execution of Saltmarsh House is faultless, a testament to the power of good architecture and the role that it can play in creating inspiring and sustainable structures." AJ RETROFIT LIVE

On the 23rd November Níall will be giving a key note speech as part of the AJ Retrofit Live This unique event will bring together architects, their built environment colleagues, developers, clients and lawmakers to identify the best retrofit and circular economy practices and discuss the transformational changes we need to see to upgrade the built environment in line with whole-life carbon principles.
