Drawing Matter

Drawing Matter are exploring the role of sketch books “in the development of an architect, an artist and their architectural and artistic ideas”. Entitled Wandering Routes, a selection of Niall’s sketches and drawings for the Alzheimer’s Respite Centre in Dublin are featured alongside a transcript of a conversation with Tina di Carlo and Olivia Horsfall Turner. Peabody Housing receives Planning Permission

January 2014

The practice’s most recent housing scheme for the Peabody Trust has received planning permission from the London Borough of Waltham Forrest. The scheme comprises of seventeen new homes for the social rented sector at a central location in Leytonstone. The project is due for completion in March 2015.
