On the 18th September Níall and Dr Yeoryia Manolopoulou (Professor of Architecture and Experimental Practice at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London) are giving a public lecture at the British School at Rome entitled On Drawing. The website has now been launched for our project for this years Irish pavilion at the 15th international architecture exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia. It documents the research and design in a series of interdisciplinary conversations with experts across a range of fields – neuroscientists, psychologists, health workers, philosophers and anthropologists – as well as people with dementia and their families. It will collate stories of personal interactions with dementia and record the process of developing our central Venice installation.
