ARCHITECTURE ON STAGE AT THE BARBICAN

On the 9^th March at 7pm at the Barbican, London. The lecture entitled Taking Time will explore the role that buildings play in giving form to extended time. Níall will argue that architecture represents the durability of communal bonds. This insight is important in helping us to rethink our discipline in a world where embodied investment in our existing building stock has urgent priority.

LIMERICK SITE

OCTOBER 2019

Piling is due to commence on the site of our International Rugby Experience in Limerick. The tight urban site is on the edge of a conservation area within the city’s Georgian Quarter and the challenge for us is to create a civic building that sits comfortably within the fine grain of the Georgian context. Once complete, the building will be a will be a new cultural institution and visitor experience to showcase the worldwide game of rugby.
