Níall's Lecture at the Bartlett

Níall will be giving a lecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture on Monday the 17th November with responses from Izaskun Chinchilla as part of the Bartlett's Crunch lecture series. The lecture is titled The Practitioner. The seminar series invites international experts to examine and reflect on how architecture can respond to our current 'polycrisis' – a convergence of urgent, intersecting global challenges. RIBA Honours Committee Panel Chooses Royal Gold Medal Winner

Niall McLaughlin was invited to be one of the six members of the RIBA Honours Committee Panel, a group selected to choose the winner of the Royal Gold Medal. The other members of the panel were architects Peter Clegg, Yvonne Farrell, Professor Adrian Forty, and Sarah Wigglesworth. The panel has nominated the Swiss architect Peter Zumthor as the 2013 recipient of the award.
