Tiia Partanen
Architectural Assistant
Tiia joined Niall McLaughlin Architects in 2022 and is currently involved in the practice’s housing and higher education projects.
Prior to joining the practice, she gained experience at several design-led practices in Scotland, including Threesixty and Collective Architecture.
Tiia graduated from the University of Strathclyde with First-Class Honours in 2018 and received a Distinction for her Masters in 2021. Her Masters Thesis, which explored the decentralization of data infrastructure, was awarded the 2021 RIBA Silver Medal, the RIAS Silver Medal for Best 5th Year Project and the Andy MacMillan Drawing Award, and several other awards.
