Holly studied at Northumbria University in Newcastle, graduating in 2011 with an MArch Distinction. She completed her Part III qualifications at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, in London, registering with the ARB in early 2015.

Holly joined Níall Mclaughlin Architects in 2014 having previously worked for several small practices in London, gaining a thorough experience across all RIBA Work Stages and overseeing multiple projects on site.

Holly is currently working on several projects in Oxford including a new development for Oxford University. Notably delivering projects through various Work Stages for Oxford colleges, as a Project Architect for the Master’s Field project, Balliol College and more recently the Univ North development for University College. She previously worked on a private residence in the Cotswolds and the Sultan Nazrin Shah building for Worcester College, Oxford. Holly was made an associate in 2020.
