Alastair studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture, graduating with a first-class honours in 2011 and receiving a distinction for his Masters. In 2014 his thesis proposal for Fiat’s Mirafiori automobile plant was awarded the Bartlett Medal and was been exhibited at the Architecture Foundation as part of their Futures in the Making exhibition.

In 2011 Alastair joined Grimshaw Architects, where he worked as part of a small team on the successful bid and implementation of a new master plan for the Wimbledon Championships (AELTC).

Alastair joined Niall McLaughlin in 2014. He has previously worked on student housing for Somerville College in Oxford and is currently working on a private house on the Isle of Wight.
